Ukwa: This is local African Dish of south East Nigeria. The food is said to be very rich in protein and good for both the old and young. Ukwa can be eaten in two major ways either by frying or cooking. If you wish to cook your ukwa, you don’t need much ingredients; all you need is little oil pepper and salt and you are good to go but you may add other ingredients if you wish.
Red coco-yam portage: This is another good food consumed in Africa due different people have their ways of preparing this but this very portage was prepared with vegetable and periwinkle and is truly delicious.
